目的：探讨患者对护理工作质量期望值与手术室整体护理干预的相关性。方法：收治手术患者2320例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各1160例，两组患者均在术前填写手术室护理期望值调查表，对照组给予一般护理措施，观察组给予手术室整体护理干预措施，比较两组的手术室护理工作质量满意度。结果：观察组手术室护理满意度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在手术室实施整体护理干预措施，可显著提高患者对护理质量的满意度，与其手术前的护理期望值更为接近，最终提高手术室内的护理质量。
목적：탐토환자대호리공작질량기망치여수술실정체호리간예적상관성。방법：수치수술환자2320례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각1160례，량조환자균재술전전사수술실호리기망치조사표，대조조급여일반호리조시，관찰조급여수술실정체호리간예조시，비교량조적수술실호리공작질량만의도。결과：관찰조수술실호리만의도명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：재수술실실시정체호리간예조시，가현저제고환자대호리질량적만의도，여기수술전적호리기망치경위접근，최종제고수술실내적호리질량。
Objective:To explore the correlation of nursing work quality expectations of patients and overall nursing intervention of operating room.Methods:2 320 patients with operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 1 116 cases in each.The patients in two groups filled operating room nursing expectations questionnaire before operation.The control group was given general nursing measures.The observation group was given operating room overall nursing intervention measures.The operating room nursing work quality satisfactions of two groups were compared.Results:The operating room nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention measures in operating room can significantly improve the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing quality.It is close to the preoperative nursing expectation,and ultimately improve the operating room nursing quality.
