目的：探析球囊扩张椎体成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的有效护理方法。方法：收治骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者40例，随机分为对照组和观察组，均给予球囊椎体成形术治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组并发症发生率10%明显低于对照组的30%(P＜0.05)。结论：运用球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折时，给予综合护理，不仅可以缩短住院时间，还能降低并发症发生率，使患者的预后生活质量得到改善。

목적：탐석구낭확장추체성형술(PKP)치료골질소송성척주압축성골절적유효호리방법。방법：수치골질소송성척주압축성골절환자40례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，균급여구낭추체성형술치료，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조채용종합호리，비교량조치료효과。결과：관찰조병발증발생솔10%명현저우대조조적30%(P＜0.05)。결론：운용구낭확장추체성형술치료골질소송성척주압축성골절시，급여종합호리，불부가이축단주원시간，환능강저병발증발생솔，사환자적예후생활질량득도개선。
Objective:To explore the effective nursing method for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty.Methods:40 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Two groups were given percutaneous kyphoplasty.The control group were given routine nursing care,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing,then we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The complication rate of 10% in the observation group was significantly lower than 30% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous kyphoplasty was used to treat osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, giving comprehensive nursing not only can shorten the hospitalization time,but also can reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis and the quality of life of the patients.
