目的：探讨对比CT与MRI诊断急性多发性脑梗死的结果。方法：收治急性多发性脑梗死患者50例，分别对患者进行CT及MRI扫描检查，对比两种方法的检查结果。结果：两种检查方法比较，MRI的病灶检出数量比CT检查多，检查所需时间明显比CT检查长，而其病灶检出时间比CT检查短，病灶平均大小均小于CT检查，两种方法以上结果比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：相比于CT扫描，MRI诊断急性多发性脑梗死的病灶检出率更高，可作为临床诊断急性多发性脑梗死的首选方法。

목적：탐토대비CT여MRI진단급성다발성뇌경사적결과。방법：수치급성다발성뇌경사환자50례，분별대환자진행CT급MRI소묘검사，대비량충방법적검사결과。결과：량충검사방법비교，MRI적병조검출수량비CT검사다，검사소수시간명현비CT검사장，이기병조검출시간비CT검사단，병조평균대소균소우CT검사，량충방법이상결과비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：상비우CT소묘，MRI진단급성다발성뇌경사적병조검출솔경고，가작위림상진단급성다발성뇌경사적수선방법。
Objective:To study the comparison of CT and MRI diagnosis results of patients with acute multiple cerebral infarction. Methods:50 patients with acute multiple cerebral infarction were selected.Patients were taken CT and MRI scans.We compared the inspection results of the two methods.Results:Comparison of the two methods, the number of lesions detected and the required check time of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT examination,while the lesion detection time,the average size of the lesions were less and smaller than CT examination.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CT scanning,the lesion detectionrate of MRI in diagnosis of acute multiple cerebral infarction is higher.It can be used as the preferred method for clinical diagnosis of acute multiple cerebral infarction.
