目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床进展。方法：收治输卵管妊娠患者257例，给予腹腔镜治疗，其中行腹腔镜下输卵管切除术231例(89.88%)；行保留输卵管术26例(10.12%)，平均手术时间20.36 min。结果：全部手术均在腹腔镜下完成，术后无切口内出血、感染、副损伤，无一例发生持续性异位妊娠，成功率100%。结论：腹腔镜手术已成为输卵管妊娠的最佳手术方式，安全可行，值得基层医院推广。

목적：탐토복강경수술치료수란관임신적림상진전。방법：수치수란관임신환자257례，급여복강경치료，기중행복강경하수란관절제술231례(89.88%)；행보류수란관술26례(10.12%)，평균수술시간20.36 min。결과：전부수술균재복강경하완성，술후무절구내출혈、감염、부손상，무일례발생지속성이위임신，성공솔100%。결론：복강경수술이성위수란관임신적최가수술방식，안전가행，치득기층의원추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical progress of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods:257 patients with tubal pregnancy were selected.They were given laparoscope treatment.231 cases(89.88%) were given laparoscopic salpingectomy,and 26 cases(10.12%) were given reserved tubal surgery.The average operation time was 20.36 minutes.Results:All operations were accomplished under laparoscopy.The patients had no incision internal bleeding, infection,side-injury after operation.No 1 case occurred persistent ectopic pregnancy.The success rate was 100% .Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has become the best surgical method of tubal pregnancy.It is safe and feasible,worthy of promotion in primary hospital.
