目的：分析阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的效果。方法：收治急性肠炎患者90例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予培氟沙星注射液治疗；观察组给予阿奇霉素注射液治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状改善情况以及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎疗效显著，见效快，同时减少了患者不良反应发生率，促进患者的早日康复。

목적：분석아기매소치료급성장염적효과。방법：수치급성장염환자90례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조급여배불사성주사액치료；관찰조급여아기매소주사액치료，대비량조환자적치료효과、림상증상개선정황이급병발증발생정황。결과：관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조림상증상개선시간명현소우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조병발증발생솔명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：아기매소치료급성장염료효현저，견효쾌，동시감소료환자불량반응발생솔，촉진환자적조일강복。
Objective:To analyze the effect of azithromycin in the treatment of acute enteritis.Methods:90 patients with acute enteritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given pefloxacin injection treatment.The observation group was given azithromycin injection treatment.The treatment effects,clinical symptoms improvement conditions and complications occurrence of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms improvement times of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin in the treatment of acute enteritis has remarkable curative effect,quick effect,while reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions in patients,promote early recover of patients.
