目的：分析慢性胃炎、胃溃疡的临床治疗效果。方法：收治慢性胃炎患者60例和胃溃疡患者40例作为庆大霉素组，给予吗叮啉、庆大霉素、奥美拉唑联合治疗；收治同样的患者作为阿莫西林组，给予吗叮啉、阿莫西林、西米替丁联合治疗。对比两组的疗效。结果：庆大霉素组治疗效果明显高于阿莫西林组。结论：庆大霉素治疗慢性胃炎、胃溃疡具有显著疗效。

목적：분석만성위염、위궤양적림상치료효과。방법：수치만성위염환자60례화위궤양환자40례작위경대매소조，급여마정람、경대매소、오미랍서연합치료；수치동양적환자작위아막서림조，급여마정람、아막서림、서미체정연합치료。대비량조적료효。결과：경대매소조치료효과명현고우아막서림조。결론：경대매소치료만성위염、위궤양구유현저료효。
Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment effect of chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods:60 patients with chronic gastritis and 40 patients with gastric ulcer were selected as the gentamicin group,and they were given motilium,gentamicin, omeprazole combined treatment.The same patients were selected as the amoxicillin group,and they were given motilium, amoxicillin,cimetidine combined treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the gentamicin group was significantly higher than that of the amoxicillin group.Conclusion:Gentamicin in the treatment of chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer has significant curative effect.
