目的：了解三林社区老年人白内障患病状况及实施以白内障手术治疗为主的防盲治盲工作的效果。方法：对社区所有≥65岁老年人进行问卷调查，了解白内障患病和接受手术情况。结果：受检者13010例，白内障患病率41.27%。随着年龄的增高，白内障患病率明显增高，女性和文盲者白内障患病率较高，分别为44.67%和53.41%。白内障盲人手术覆盖率80.54%，≥70岁较＜70岁白内障盲人手术覆盖率高，分别为82.42%和66.67%。白内障盲人的社会负担率3.7%，女性、＞80岁和文盲分别为4.65%、5.72%和9.46%。结论：白内障仍是年龄相关性重要致盲眼病，三林社区白内障盲人的社会负担率较重，根治白内障盲仍是防盲治盲的工作重点，尤其是白内障盲人手术覆盖率低的人群。
목적：료해삼림사구노년인백내장환병상황급실시이백내장수술치료위주적방맹치맹공작적효과。방법：대사구소유≥65세노년인진행문권조사，료해백내장환병화접수수술정황。결과：수검자13010례，백내장환병솔41.27%。수착년령적증고，백내장환병솔명현증고，녀성화문맹자백내장환병솔교고，분별위44.67%화53.41%。백내장맹인수술복개솔80.54%，≥70세교＜70세백내장맹인수술복개솔고，분별위82.42%화66.67%。백내장맹인적사회부담솔3.7%，녀성、＞80세화문맹분별위4.65%、5.72%화9.46%。결론：백내장잉시년령상관성중요치맹안병，삼림사구백내장맹인적사회부담솔교중，근치백내장맹잉시방맹치맹적공작중점，우기시백내장맹인수술복개솔저적인군。
Objective:To understand the prevalence of cataract and the effect of the prevention and treatment for blindness with center of cataract operation treatment in the elderly of sanlin community.Methods:We carried out the questionnaire investigation for all the elderly aged 65 and above in the community,to understand the prevalence of cataract and operation status.Results:The number of subjects was 13 010 cases,and the prevalence of cataract was 41.27% .Along with the increase of age,cataract prevalence was significantly increased.In women and illiterate,the prevalence of cataract was higher,and the prevalence respectively was 44.67% and 53.41%.The coverage rate of operation in cataract blind person was 80.54%,compared with those under the age of 70,the coverage rate of operation in cataract blind person above the age of 70 was high,which was 82.42% and 66.67% respectively.The social burden rate of cataract blind person was 3.7%.They were 4.65%,5.72% and 9.46% respectively in women,over the age of 80 and the illiteracy.Conclusion:Cataract was still the major blinding eye disease with age dependence.In sanlin community,social burden of cataract blind person was heavier.Curing cataract blindness was still the focus for the prevention and treatment for blindness,especially in people with low operation coverage for cataract blind person.
