目的：探讨输尿管导管在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的应用价值。方法：收治输尿管中上段结石患者100例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各50例，对照组行常规输尿管镜钬激光碎石术，观察组患者术前联合开展输尿管导管注水灌洗措施，比较两组的手术时间、结石清除率及并发症发生率。结果：观察组的手术时间、结石清除率均显著优于对照组，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中应用输尿管导管可显著缩短手术时间，提升结石清除效果。
목적：탐토수뇨관도관재수뇨관경화격광쇄석술중적응용개치。방법：수치수뇨관중상단결석환자100례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조，각50례，대조조행상규수뇨관경화격광쇄석술，관찰조환자술전연합개전수뇨관도관주수관세조시，비교량조적수술시간、결석청제솔급병발증발생솔。결과：관찰조적수술시간、결석청제솔균현저우우대조조，구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：수뇨관경화격광쇄석술중응용수뇨관도관가현저축단수술시간，제승결석청제효과。
Objective:To investigate the application value of ureteral catheter in ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy. Methods:100 patients with upper ureteral calculi were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each,patients in the control group were given conventional ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy,while in the observation group patients were added catheter injection irrigation measures before operation based on the sugery taken by the control group,then compared the differences in operation time,the rate of stone clearance and complication between the two groups. Results:The operation time and the rate of stone clearance in the observation group both were significantly better than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of ureteral catheter in ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy can significantly shorten the operation time,and improve the effect of stone clearance.
