目的：探讨乳腺癌术后不同包扎方法对预防术后皮下积液的效果。方法：收治乳腺癌患者200例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各100例，治疗组使用加压包扎联合术，应用医学临床生物蛋白胶，对照组使用传统的皮下积液处理方法。结果：治疗组的治疗效果明显好于对照组。结论：乳腺癌患者在加压包扎联合术中，使用医用生物蛋白胶预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的治疗效果显著。

목적：탐토유선암술후불동포찰방법대예방술후피하적액적효과。방법：수치유선암환자200례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，각100례，치료조사용가압포찰연합술，응용의학림상생물단백효，대조조사용전통적피하적액처리방법。결과：치료조적치료효과명현호우대조조。결론：유선암환자재가압포찰연합술중，사용의용생물단백효예방유선암술후피하적액적치료효과현저。
Objective:To explore the effect of different dressing methods after breast cancer surgery for the prevention of postoperative subcutaneous effusion.Methods:200 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 100 cases in each group.The treatment group was given compression bandage combined operation and medical clinical biological fibrin glue.The control group was given the traditional processing method for subcutaneous effusion.Results:The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:For patients with breast cancer,the effect of compression bandage combined operation and application of medical clinical biological fibrin glue for the prevention of postoperative subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer surgery was significant.
