目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性发作期胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：收治急性发作期胆囊炎患者72例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，对照组采用开腹胆囊切除术治疗，比较两组的效果。结果：治疗组手术时间及术中出血量明显少于对照组，并发症发生率2.8%明显低于对照组的16.7%(P＜0.05)。结论：急性发作期胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的临床效果显著，可有效减少术中出血，降低术后并发症发生率，提高手术治疗效果。
목적：탐토복강경담낭절제술치료급성발작기담낭염적림상료효。방법：수치급성발작기담낭염환자72례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용복강경담낭절제술치료，대조조채용개복담낭절제술치료，비교량조적효과。결과：치료조수술시간급술중출혈량명현소우대조조，병발증발생솔2.8%명현저우대조조적16.7%(P＜0.05)。결론：급성발작기담낭염환자채용복강경담낭절제술치료적림상효과현저，가유효감소술중출혈，강저술후병발증발생솔，제고수술치료효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystitis at acute episode period.Methods:72 patients with cholecystitis at acute episode period were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the control group were treated with open cholecystectomy,then we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the operation time and blood loss were significantly less than the control group,and the complication rate of 2.8% was significantly lower than 16.7% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystitis at acute episode period was significant.It can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the effect of operation treatment.
