目的：总结后腹腔镜下解剖性肾上腺切除术治疗肾上腺区肿瘤的临床经验。方法：收治行后腹腔镜下解剖性肾上腺切除术患者15例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：15例均手术成功。无中转开放手术，无严重并发症发生。结论：后腹腔镜下解剖性肾上腺切除术治疗肾上腺区肿瘤切除具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少、疼痛轻、康复快、住院时间大大缩短等诸多优点，成为肾上腺区肿瘤的最宜选择的手术方法。

목적：총결후복강경하해부성신상선절제술치료신상선구종류적림상경험。방법：수치행후복강경하해부성신상선절제술환자15례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：15례균수술성공。무중전개방수술，무엄중병발증발생。결론：후복강경하해부성신상선절제술치료신상선구종류절제구유창상소、출혈소、병발증소、동통경、강복쾌、주원시간대대축단등제다우점，성위신상선구종류적최의선택적수술방법。
Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of anatomical adrenalectomy under retroperitoneoscopy in the treatment of adrenal area tumor.Methods:15 patients with anatomical adrenalectomy under retroperitoneoscopy were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:15 cases were successful operation.There was no conversion to open operation, no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:The anatomical adrenalectomy under retroperitoneoscopy in the treatment of adrenal area tumor has many advantages,such as less trauma,less bleeding,less complications,less pain,quick recovery,greatly shortened hospitalization time.It is the easiest choice of operation method for adrenal area tumor.
