目的：观察曲美他嗪联合洛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：将冠心病心绞痛患者60例分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予曲美他嗪联合洛伐他汀治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的83.33%(P＜0.05)；观察组心功能指标改善明显好于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：曲美他嗪联合洛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。
目的：觀察麯美他嗪聯閤洛伐他汀治療冠心病心絞痛的療效。方法：將冠心病心絞痛患者60例分為對照組和觀察組，每組30例。對照組給予常規治療，觀察組在對照組的基礎上給予麯美他嗪聯閤洛伐他汀治療，觀察兩組患者的臨床療效。結果：觀察組有效率93.33%明顯高于對照組的83.33%(P＜0.05)；觀察組心功能指標改善明顯好于對照組(P＜0.05)。結論：麯美他嗪聯閤洛伐他汀治療冠心病心絞痛療效顯著。
목적：관찰곡미타진연합락벌타정치료관심병심교통적료효。방법：장관심병심교통환자60례분위대조조화관찰조，매조30례。대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여곡미타진연합락벌타정치료，관찰량조환자적림상료효。결과：관찰조유효솔93.33%명현고우대조조적83.33%(P＜0.05)；관찰조심공능지표개선명현호우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：곡미타진연합락벌타정치료관심병심교통료효현저。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of trimetazidine combined with lovastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina.Methods:60 patients with coronary heart disease angina were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given trimetazidine combined with lovastatin treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects of patients were observed between two groups.Results:The effective rate(93.33% ) of the observation group was significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function index improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with lovastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina have significant curative effect.
