目的：观察尿毒清颗粒联合丹红注射液治疗高血压性早中期慢性肾衰竭（ CRF ）的临床效果。方法将120例高血压性早中期CRF患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例，2组均给予常规降压及抗肾衰竭综合治疗，同时给予尿毒清颗粒治疗，研究组加用丹红注射液治疗，观察2组治疗2个月的临床疗效及肾功能、血常规、血压、血浆内皮素－1（ET－1）、D－二聚体（DD）及微炎症指标变化情况。结果治疗2个月后，2组BUN、SCr、Ccr、尿蛋白、ET－1、DD、hs－CRP、IL－6均较治疗前显著改善（P均＜0．05），且研究组改善情况明显优于对照组（P均＜0．05）。研究组治疗后RBC值较治疗前显著提高（P＜0．05）。研究组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论尿毒清颗粒联合丹红注射液治疗高血压性早中期CRF可以显著改善炎症状态及血管内皮功能，从而进一步改善患者的肾功能，提高临床治疗效果。
목적：관찰뇨독청과립연합단홍주사액치료고혈압성조중기만성신쇠갈（ CRF ）적림상효과。방법장120례고혈압성조중기CRF환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각60례，2조균급여상규강압급항신쇠갈종합치료，동시급여뇨독청과립치료，연구조가용단홍주사액치료，관찰2조치료2개월적림상료효급신공능、혈상규、혈압、혈장내피소－1（ET－1）、D－이취체（DD）급미염증지표변화정황。결과치료2개월후，2조BUN、SCr、Ccr、뇨단백、ET－1、DD、hs－CRP、IL－6균교치료전현저개선（P균＜0．05），차연구조개선정황명현우우대조조（P균＜0．05）。연구조치료후RBC치교치료전현저제고（P＜0．05）。연구조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론뇨독청과립연합단홍주사액치료고혈압성조중기CRF가이현저개선염증상태급혈관내피공능，종이진일보개선환자적신공능，제고림상치료효과。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Niaoduqing particles combined with Danhong injection on hy -pertension induced chronic renal failure ( CRF) in early and medium stage .Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertension induced CRF in early and medium stage were randomly divided into study group and control group , each group had 60 cases. Both groups were given conventional antihypertensive and anti renal failure treatment combined with Niaoduqing particles , the study group was added with Danhong injection additionally .The clinical effect and the changes of renal function , blood routine examination, blood pressure, plasma ET-1, DD and micro-inflammation indicators were observe in both groups after two months’ treatment.Results After 2 months of treatment, BUN, Ccr, SCr,urine protein, ET-1, DD, hs-CRP, IL-6 were all significantly improved compared with that before treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvements in study group were better than that in control group (P<0.05).RBC of the study group was significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Niaoduqing particles combined with Danhong injection can significantly improve inflammation status and vascular endothelial function in the treatment of hypertension induced CRF in early and medium stage , so as to further improve the renal function of the patients , improve the clinical treatment effect .
