为了培养生物技术专业本科生的创新能力，我们实施了以定时召开组会和研究生言传身教等为主要组织形式的本科生导师制培养模式的探索。通过该模式的培养，多数本科生均获得了各级各类大学生创新创业训练计划的资助，并有相关论文发表。这说明在本科生中实施导师制可显著提高其创新能力，有利于创新人才的培养。

For the culturing of the ability of innovation of undergraduates of biotechnology,we performed explo-ration of tutorial system. The system consists of regular meeting and cooperation with postgraduates. Following the cul-ture of the system,most of the undergraduates acquired the funding of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneur-ship Training Program,and related articles have been published. We concluded that tutorial system of undergraduates is helpful for the promotion of ability of innovation.
