金融脆弱性是指金融业由于其高负债经营的本性而具有的不稳定、易受破坏的本性。由于金融脆弱性是金融业普遍属性因此中国的金融业也无法例外。由于中国经济的特殊性使得中国的金融脆弱性有其自身的特点，笔者通过分析中国金融脆弱性的特点给出了防范的政策建议。

The financial fragility refers to the nature of unstable and vulnerable to be damaged of financial industry due to its high indebtedness operation. Because the financial fragility in the financial industry is general, China's financial industry is no exception. Due to the special nature of the Chinese economy, China's financial fragility has its own characteristics. The author analyzes the characteristics of China's financial fragility and gives the prevention policy and recommendations.
