Industry consolidation is a necessary process of market economy. Of course, seed industry is no an exception, and the seed industry consolidation has become an important way of its upgrading and development in the competitive environment. This paper mainly studies the risk factors of seed industry consolidation, which is introduced in detail by five parts that is the market risk, financial risk, technology risk, management risk and strategic risk, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
