This article expounds the general situation of scene simulation teaching method and analyzes the feasibility of integrating scene simulation teaching method into employment guidance course. It takes "interview skill training" as the breakthrough point to design the scene simulation teaching method into the employment guidance course teaching arrangement, and then researches the rationality of employment guidance curriculum under scene simulation teaching environment, the comprehensive material collection and the ductility of the enlightenment.
