To efficiently carry out the teaching management work, the vocational college must be guided by the problems, expand the way of thinking, change the idea, set up the teaching management ideas that meet the needs of the time development, set up the concept of rules first and managing the university by law; adhere to the comprehensive look at problems, actively adapt to the times changing, understand and grasp the characteristics and laws of management work from the development and change of things, unify long-term task and work.
