随着中国社会经济的飞速发展，城市化道路步伐的加快，居民生活明显改善，建筑业随之增长较快，无论发展生产还是居民消费，都需要越来越多的能源的支撑。虽然我国号称能源大国，但也不能忽视节能降耗，要高度重视节能降耗工作。建筑工程的建筑节能，可以使企业降低成本，提高效益，促进我国经济社会的可持续发展，更好的改善居民生活，如何在建筑工程施工中更好的运用节能降耗技术，克服建筑工程建筑施工中使用节能降耗技术所存在的问题，成为本文探讨研究的主要内容。

With the rapid development of social economy in China, the pace of urbanization is speeding up, the residents' living standards are markedly improving, the construction industry also grows faster. Both the development of production and residents' consumption need more and more support from energy. China is called energy superpower, but energy saving and consumption reducing cannot be ignored, the energy saving and consumption reducing should be paid close attention to. Building energy efficiency in construction project can reduce costs of the enterprise, improve efficiency, promote the sustainable development of China's economic and social and better improve residents' life. How to better use the energy-saving technology in construction project and overcome the problems caused by using energy-saving technology in construction project are the main content of this study.
