The article has analyzed the causes and operation characteristics of two models of agricultural product cold chain logistics alliance: non-cooperative game alliance and cooperative game alliance. It compared the two models from three aspects of cooperative systems, income distribution, agricultural product assortment. Finally, the he collective problems and developed advises are explained and the development suggestions of the two models are put forward.
