运用中医理论分析了“虚”和“瘀”在原发性胆汁性肝硬化病程中的作用，提出了“虚”为始动因素，“瘀”为病理转归理论，以及临床治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化过程中需重视“补虚”和“化瘀”的观点。

운용중의이론분석료“허”화“어”재원발성담즙성간경화병정중적작용，제출료“허”위시동인소，“어”위병리전귀이론，이급림상치료원발성담즙성간경화과정중수중시“보허”화“화어”적관점。
This paper make an analysis about the effect t of deficiency and stasis in the process of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). It is argued that deifciency is the basis pathogeny, while stasis is the pathology prognosis. Reinforcing deifciency and removing blood stasis is the basic treatment principle.
