目的：声像图特征结合临床资料，提高超声对原发性大网膜炎的诊断率，为临床处理提供影像学依据。方法：回顾分析普通外科以腹痛申请腹部超声检查，超声诊断为原发性大网膜炎的患者17例。对患者所指疼痛部位用凸阵探头和线阵探头仔细扫查。仔细寻找大网膜的局部异常回声改变，结合临床资料，做出原发性大网膜炎的诊断。结果：17例患者中，2例经手术后病理证实；14例临床经过相应处理好转出院；1例术中证实为结肠憩室炎，大网膜炎为继发改变。超声诊断原发性大网膜炎的准确率为94.1%。结论：超声作为普通外科腹痛患者的常规检查方法，结合临床资料，可以对原发性大网膜炎做出准确的诊断,可以为临床提供有力的影像学证据。
목적：성상도특정결합림상자료，제고초성대원발성대망막염적진단솔，위림상처리제공영상학의거。방법：회고분석보통외과이복통신청복부초성검사，초성진단위원발성대망막염적환자17례。대환자소지동통부위용철진탐두화선진탐두자세소사。자세심조대망막적국부이상회성개변，결합림상자료，주출원발성대망막염적진단。결과：17례환자중，2례경수술후병리증실；14례림상경과상응처리호전출원；1례술중증실위결장게실염，대망막염위계발개변。초성진단원발성대망막염적준학솔위94.1%。결론：초성작위보통외과복통환자적상규검사방법，결합림상자료，가이대원발성대망막염주출준학적진단,가이위림상제공유력적영상학증거。
Objective: Ultrasonographic features combined with clinical data, improve the ultrasonography diagnosis in primary omental inflammation, provide clinical imaging proof. Methods: Retrospective analysis 17 cases of abdominal pain patients. They were applied for ultrasound by general surgery doctors, and were diagnosed primary omental inlfammation. Exam the painful places carefully with convex array probe and Linear array probe. Ultrasound found local abnormal echo, combined with clinical data, diagnose of primary omental inlfammation. Results: In 17 cases, 2 cases were conifrmed by postoperative pathology; 14 cases were treated with medicine and other treatments, didn’t operation. 1 case was actually colonic diverticulitis, omentum inlfammation was secondary change. The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of primary omental infection was 94.1%. Conclusion: Ultrasound as a routine examination method of general surgery patients with abdominal pain, combined with clinical data, can make accurate diagnosis of primary omental inlfammation, provide powerful imaging evidence for clinic.
