本文通过对创意产业发展特点的研究,首次提出可供餐饮业借鉴的五大方面:深扎于多彩的我国文化;立足于多样的产品创新;得益于强烈的产权意识;以动带静,先入为主;合纵连横,多方合作。据此提出餐饮产品设计的五大可行性意见:精致的文化包装、全面的科技创新、互动交流的实现、周边资源的整合、版权意识的提高。
本文通過對創意產業髮展特點的研究,首次提齣可供餐飲業藉鑒的五大方麵:深扎于多綵的我國文化;立足于多樣的產品創新;得益于彊烈的產權意識;以動帶靜,先入為主;閤縱連橫,多方閤作。據此提齣餐飲產品設計的五大可行性意見:精緻的文化包裝、全麵的科技創新、互動交流的實現、週邊資源的整閤、版權意識的提高。
본문통과대창의산업발전특점적연구,수차제출가공찬음업차감적오대방면:심찰우다채적아국문화;립족우다양적산품창신;득익우강렬적산권의식;이동대정,선입위주;합종련횡,다방합작。거차제출찬음산품설계적오대가행성의견:정치적문화포장、전면적과기창신、호동교류적실현、주변자원적정합、판권의식적제고。
Through the study on the characteristics of development of creative industries, this paper firstly proposed five aspects for reference of catering industry: lay the roots in colorful culture of China; be based on a variety of product innovation; benefit from a strong sense of ownership; consider the dynamic virtual image as the publicity and promotion way; conduct multi-party cooperation and actively integrate peripheral resources, then made five feasible comments for catering product design: exquisite cultural package, comprehensive scientific and technological innovation, implementation of interaction, integration of surrounding resources, improvement of copyright awareness.
