目的：探讨前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎的治疗方法和疗效。方法：收治前列腺增生合并前列腺炎患者87例，对治疗效果进行分析。结果：通过综合治疗方法的应用，多数患者临床症状得到有效的控制。结论：临床绝大多数前列腺增生合并前列腺炎患者通过药物、物理疗法及手术综合治疗能够使临床症状得到控制，延缓病情发展，明显提高患者生活质量。
目的：探討前列腺增生閤併慢性前列腺炎的治療方法和療效。方法：收治前列腺增生閤併前列腺炎患者87例，對治療效果進行分析。結果：通過綜閤治療方法的應用，多數患者臨床癥狀得到有效的控製。結論：臨床絕大多數前列腺增生閤併前列腺炎患者通過藥物、物理療法及手術綜閤治療能夠使臨床癥狀得到控製，延緩病情髮展，明顯提高患者生活質量。
목적：탐토전렬선증생합병만성전렬선염적치료방법화료효。방법：수치전렬선증생합병전렬선염환자87례，대치료효과진행분석。결과：통과종합치료방법적응용，다수환자림상증상득도유효적공제。결론：림상절대다수전렬선증생합병전렬선염환자통과약물、물리요법급수술종합치료능구사림상증상득도공제，연완병정발전，명현제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and curative effect of prostatic hyperplasia combined with chronic prostatitis.Methods:87 patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined with chronic prostatitis were selected,and then we analyzed the treatment effect.Results:Through the application of comprehensive treatment,the clinical symptoms in most of the patients can be controlled effectively.Conclusion:Among those patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined with chronic prostatitis,the clinical symptoms in most of them can be controlled by drugs,physical therapy and comprehensive therapy with operation,the progression of the disease can delay,and the life quality of patients can be improved.
