目的：探讨翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法：收治翼状胬肉患者50例，随机平分为两组，对照组采用翼状胬肉切除术治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术。结果：观察组角膜上皮修复时间及住院时间均短于对照组；观察组治愈率96.0%高于对照组的72.0%，复发率4.0%低于对照组的28.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效显著。

목적：탐토익상노육절제술연합자체각막연간세포이식술치료익상노육적림상료효。방법：수치익상노육환자50례，수궤평분위량조，대조조채용익상노육절제술치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상연합자체각막연간세포이식수술。결과：관찰조각막상피수복시간급주원시간균단우대조조；관찰조치유솔96.0%고우대조조적72.0%，복발솔4.0%저우대조조적28.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：익상노육절제술연합자체각막연간세포이식술치료익상노육료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of patients with pterygium.Methods:50 patients with pterygium were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients of the control group were treated with pterygium excision,patients of the observation group combined with autologous stem cell transplantation treatment based on the control group.Results:The repair time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the cure rate of observation group was 72% higher than that 96% of control group,the recurrence rate was 4% lower than that 28% of the control group,there were statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of patients with pterygium is significant.
