骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一类好发于中老年患者的多病因疾病,随着病程进展,其症状主要表现为关节疼痛、畸形、关节功能的退化。目前已知的影响因素之一是年龄,即基于骨骼生长发育的特点,骨关节炎疾病的进展与年龄几乎呈正相关。然而由于OA疾病的发病机制尚不明确,所以临床中对OA早期的诊断标准未能统一,而早期治疗方法也仅处于对症治疗直至进行关节置换手术。这也就成了目前OA探讨研究的重点和难点。通过研究近年来OA发病机制的研究方面的文献,对血液、关节滑液及尿液中与OA疾病进展密切相关的特异性标志物进行筛选,从而找出特异性好,敏感度高的标志物,这将对早期诊断疾病、监测疾病、研究机体对药物的反应起到至关重要的作用。现就目前的骨性关节炎生物标志物相关研究进展进行综述。

As a kind of multifactor diseases especially in the olds, osteoarthritis (OA) is characterized by major symptom of joint pain, joint deformity and joint degeneration during its progression. Although age has been widely recognized as one influencing factor, which means the development of the disease is positively correlated with growth and development of bone, its pathogenesis is still unclear, which leads to skimble-scamble standard in early diagnosis and limited ways including symptomatic treatment and replacement only in early treatment. This paper holds that, in order to solve this problem, it is of great significance for the early diagnosis and monitoring of the disease, and the study of body's reaction to drugs to find out an extremely sensitive and specific marker from blood, joint synovial fluid and urine by reviewing related literatures in past few years. Therefore a review on the re-search progress of OA biomarkers is done.
