目的：探讨护患沟通能力培养的途径和方法。方法2014年8-10月，通过对本地9家医院的425名临床护士和该院实习生较为集中的2家医院的124名实习护生的沟通能力现况进行了问卷调查。结果临床护士具有较强沟通能力的比例高于实习护生3%~15%，参加过沟通能力培训的实习护生具有较强沟通能力的比例高于未参加过培训的实习护生21%~27%。结论职业院校应加强护理专业学生沟通能力培养。

Objective The paper is to explore the ways of cultivating the nurse-patient communication ability. Methods An inves-tigation about the communication ability was conducted in 425 clinical nurses from 9 local hospitals and 124 practical nurses from 2 hospitals by a questionnaire from August 2014 to October 2014. Results The proportion of clinical nurses with preferable com-munication ability is 3 percent to 15 percent higher than that of practice nursing students. The proportion of practice nursing stu-dents participated in communication skill training is 21 percent to 27 percent higher than that of those who haven't participated in such training. Conclusion Vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of communication ability of nursing students.
