目的：探讨股骨转子间骨折内固定手术临床护理配合的临床效果。方法整群选择2013年1月-2014年10月在该院进行股骨转子间骨折内固定手术的患者87例，随机分为对照组43例，观察组44例，其中对照组采取常规护理方式，观察组在对照组基础上采取临床护理配合的方式进行护理，观察记录两组患者的治疗效果，并以统计学方法比较两组之间的差异。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院天数、术中输血量、切口感染发生率分别为(81.38±1.62)min、(10.48±1.36)d、(60.75±1.47)mL、2.27%(1例)均显著低于对照组的(90.76±2.85)min、(12.04±3.17)d、(67.83±2.39)mL、18.6%(8例)(P<0.05)。结论临床护理配合可有效降低股骨转子间骨折内固定手术的时间、输血量、并发症及住院天数，提高手术治疗效果，值得大力推广应用。

목적：탐토고골전자간골절내고정수술림상호리배합적림상효과。방법정군선택2013년1월-2014년10월재해원진행고골전자간골절내고정수술적환자87례，수궤분위대조조43례，관찰조44례，기중대조조채취상규호리방식，관찰조재대조조기출상채취림상호리배합적방식진행호리，관찰기록량조환자적치료효과，병이통계학방법비교량조지간적차이。결과관찰조환자수술시간、주원천수、술중수혈량、절구감염발생솔분별위(81.38±1.62)min、(10.48±1.36)d、(60.75±1.47)mL、2.27%(1례)균현저저우대조조적(90.76±2.85)min、(12.04±3.17)d、(67.83±2.39)mL、18.6%(8례)(P<0.05)。결론림상호리배합가유효강저고골전자간골절내고정수술적시간、수혈량、병발증급주원천수，제고수술치료효과，치득대력추엄응용。
Objective To study the clinical effect of clinical nursing cooperation for internal fixation of intertrochanteric femoral fracture. Methods 87 cases underwent internal fixation of intertrochanteric femoral fracture in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(43 cases) and the observation group(44 cases). The con-trol group was treated by the conventional nursing, the observation group was treated by the clinical nursing cooperation based on conventional nursing. And the therapeutic effect of both groups was observed and recorded and compared statistically. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much shorter duration of operation [(81.38±1.62)min vs (90.76±2.85) min], much shorter length of stay[(10.48±1.36)d vs (12.04±3.17)d], obviously less intraoperative blood transfusion volume[(60.75±1.47)mL vs (67.83±2.39) mL], much lower incidence of complications[2.27%(1 case) vs 18.6%(8 cases)] with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients underwent internal fixation of intertrochanteric femoral fracture, clinical nursing coop-eration can effectively reduce the duration of operation, blood transfusion volume, incidence of complications and length of stay and improve the effect of surgical treatment, so it is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
