目的：观察和分析脑梗塞患者采用氯吡格雷和氟伐他汀联合进行治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2012年12月-2014年12月间该院收治的90例脑梗塞患者作为临床研究对象，使用随机数字列表将其随机分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组患者采用常规的临床治疗，包括降血压、抗血小板及控制血糖等。研究组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加用氯吡格雷和氟伐他汀联合进行治疗。治疗结束后，观察和记录两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的血脂、C-反应蛋白等指标的变化情况，并进行对比分析。结果经治疗后，研究组患者治疗的总有效率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(84.44%)，(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。研究组患者治疗后的C-反应蛋白、TC、LDL-C等指标均明显低于对照组，(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论对脑梗塞患者采用氯吡格雷和氟伐他汀联合进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of clopidogrel and atorvastatin in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 90 cases of cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected as clinical research object, using a random number table they were randomly divided into study group (n=45) and control group (n=45). The control group was treated with routine treatment, includeing lowering blood pressure, anti platelet and blood glucose control. Treatment of patients in the study group were treated with clopidogrel and Atorvastatin Combined therapy. After the end of treatment, the changes were observed and recorded before and after treatment in two groups of patients with serum lipids, C-reactive protein and other indicators, and comparative analysis. Results After treatment, patients in the study group, the total effective rate of treatment (95.56%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.44%) (P<0.05), the differences were statistically significant. The study group after treatment in patients with C- reactive protein, TC, LDL-C and other indicators were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the differrences were statistically significant. Conclusion To the patients with cerebral infarction fluvastatin combined with clopidogrel and has good clinical curative effect treatment, worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
