目的：探讨复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆治疗咳嗽、咳痰的临床疗效及依从性评价。方法整群选取2013年12月-2014年2月来该院就诊的患儿，将135例患儿(上呼吸道感染、支气管炎、肺炎)伴有咳嗽、咳痰的症状，随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组85例，对照组78例，治疗组服用复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆，对照组服用小儿止咳糖浆，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后对比两组患者的咳嗽、痰液性质、咳痰难易等评分，治疗组的评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆治疗咳嗽、改善痰液性质，容易咳出；且患儿依从性较好。
목적：탐토복방경추산우미사분당장치료해수、해담적림상료효급의종성평개。방법정군선취2013년12월-2014년2월래해원취진적환인，장135례환인(상호흡도감염、지기관염、폐염)반유해수、해담적증상，수궤분성치료조화대조조，치료조85례，대조조78례，치료조복용복방경추산우미사분당장，대조조복용소인지해당장，비교량조치료효과。결과치료후대비량조환자적해수、담액성질、해담난역등평분，치료조적평분고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론복방경추산우미사분당장치료해수、개선담액성질，용역해출；차환인의종성교호。
