目的：探讨高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床分析。方法随机选取2012年8月-2014年8月于该院进行治疗的90例大隐静脉曲张患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各45例，观察组采用高危结扎联合腔内激光治疗，对照组采用腔内激光闭合术治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后，观察组单侧手术时间(44±9)min、切口数量(3±1)个、术中失血量(20±9)mL、术后住院时间(4±2)d；组单侧手术时间(79±9)min、切口数量(5±2)个、术中失血量(59±19)mL、术后住院时间(11±3)d；观察组患者的各临床指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为48.49%，对照组为82.22%(P<0.01)。结论采用高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张，疗效显著，并发症发生率低，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토고위결찰연합강내격광치료대은정맥곡장적림상분석。방법수궤선취2012년8월-2014년8월우해원진행치료적90례대은정맥곡장환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각45례，관찰조채용고위결찰연합강내격광치료，대조조채용강내격광폐합술치료。대비량조환자적치료효과。결과치료후，관찰조단측수술시간(44±9)min、절구수량(3±1)개、술중실혈량(20±9)mL、술후주원시간(4±2)d；조단측수술시간(79±9)min、절구수량(5±2)개、술중실혈량(59±19)mL、술후주원시간(11±3)d；관찰조환자적각림상지표명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。관찰조병발증발생솔위48.49%，대조조위82.22%(P<0.01)。결론채용고위결찰연합강내격광치료대은정맥곡장，료효현저，병발증발생솔저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of high ligation combined with endovenous laser in the treatment of great saphenous varicose veins. Methods 90 patients with great saphenous varicose veins admitted in our hospital during August 2012 and August 2014 were randomized into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45) in which high ligation combined with endovenous laser and single endovenous laser were performed in them respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the unilateral operation time, incision number, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the two groups were(44±9)min,(3±1),(20±9)mL;(4±2)d vs(79±9)min,(5±2),(59±19)mL,(11±3)d, therefore in terms of clinical in-dicators above, the observation group was superior to the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). What's more, there was statistically significant difference in complication rate between the two groups, 35.48%vs 59.68%(P<0.01). Conclusion High ligation combined with endovenous laser is worthy of clinical promotion in the treatment of great saphenous varicose veins due to its remarkable effect and low complication rate.
