目的:探讨与分析中央区脑膜瘤患者治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2013年6月-2014年6月该院进行治疗的中央区脑膜瘤患者63例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组33例进行常规纤维外科手术治疗,观察组30例在进行显微外科手术时采用了神经导航进行辅助切除肿瘤,观察两组患者的肿瘤切除情况。结果观察组患者肿瘤全切的有25例,次全切除的有5例,严重并发症的有0例;对照组患者肿瘤全切的有15例,次全切除的有10例,严重并发症的有8例。观察组肿瘤切除率为100%,对照组肿瘤切除率75.76%(χ2=3.978,P=0.029),两组患者经统计学分析比较,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用神经导航进行辅助切除肿瘤,可以提高肿瘤的切除率。

Objective Explore and analyze the clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with meningioma in the central region. Methods Select Central meningioma patients from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 63 people, were randomly divided into control group and observation group and the control group of 33 people for regular fiber surgical treatment, the observation group was carrying 30 people when micro surgery using neuronavigation assisted resection of the tumor, were ob-served in the case of tumor resection. Results Patients in the observation group total resection of the tumor has 25 people, subtotal of five people, a serious complication of 0 people; patients with total resection of the tumor in the control group of 15 people, subtotal of 10 people, severely complicated by disease eight people. Observation of tumor resection rate was 100% in the control group, tumor resection rate 75.76%(χ2=3.978,P=0.029), two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and compared,the results were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of neural navigation assisted resection of the tumor, can increase the rate of tumor resection.
