目的：探讨对肝脏小肿块采取超声介入性检查的临床应用价值。方法：收治肝脏实质性肿块患者206例，采取超声引导穿刺细胞学检查，同时从不同角度与超声图像诊断进行对比。结果：超声穿刺细胞学检查临床诊断肝脏良恶性肿瘤的正确率明显高于超声图像诊断，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对肝脏小肿块采取超声介入性检查，可以弥补超声图像定性诊断方面的不足，特别是对于直径≤3 cm的肝脏肿块的良恶性鉴别，为制定临床治疗方案提供重要依据。

목적：탐토대간장소종괴채취초성개입성검사적림상응용개치。방법：수치간장실질성종괴환자206례，채취초성인도천자세포학검사，동시종불동각도여초성도상진단진행대비。결과：초성천자세포학검사림상진단간장량악성종류적정학솔명현고우초성도상진단，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대간장소종괴채취초성개입성검사，가이미보초성도상정성진단방면적불족，특별시대우직경≤3 cm적간장종괴적량악성감별，위제정림상치료방안제공중요의거。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of interventional ultrasound examination on small hepatic lesions.Methods:206 patients with substantial liver mass were selected.They were treated with ultrasonic guided aspiration biopsy, and compared with the ultrasound images diagnosis from different perspectives.Results:The correct rate of ultrasonic biopsy cytology in the diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors was significantly higher than that of ultrasonic image,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound interventional examination on small liver tumors can make up the lack of ultrasound image qualitative diagnosis,especially in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors with diameter≤3 cm,and it also can provides an important basis for the development of clinical treatment.
