目的：探讨中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法：收治慢性胃炎患者64例，随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组接受西医治疗，观察组接受中医辨证治疗，对比两组患者的整体疗效。结果：观察组的有效率93.7%明显高于对照组的81.2%(P＜0.05)。结论：中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎的疗效显著。

목적：탐토중의변증치료만성위염적료효。방법：수치만성위염환자64례，수궤평균분위관찰조화대조조，대조조접수서의치료，관찰조접수중의변증치료，대비량조환자적정체료효。결과：관찰조적유효솔93.7%명현고우대조조적81.2%(P＜0.05)。결론：중의변증치료만성위염적료효현저。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of the Chinese medicine dialectical treatment for chronic gastritis.Methods:64 patients with chronic gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was given Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The effective rate was 93.7% in the observation group was significantly higher than 81.2% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the Chinese medicine dialectical treatment for chronic gastritis was significant.
