目的：探讨分析持续封闭负压引流技术在慢性创面修复中的临床应用效果。方法：收治慢性创面修复中应用持续封闭负压引流技术治疗的患者16例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：15例患者经1次持续封闭负压引流技术治疗后实施二期植皮均成活，1例经2次持续封闭负压引流技术治疗后，实施皮瓣转移覆盖创面。结论：持续封闭负压引流技术在慢性创面修复中的临床应用效果显著，有利于创面愈合，使疗程缩短，减少换药疼痛。

목적：탐토분석지속봉폐부압인류기술재만성창면수복중적림상응용효과。방법：수치만성창면수복중응용지속봉폐부압인류기술치료적환자16례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：15례환자경1차지속봉폐부압인류기술치료후실시이기식피균성활，1례경2차지속봉폐부압인류기술치료후，실시피판전이복개창면。결론：지속봉폐부압인류기술재만성창면수복중적림상응용효과현저，유리우창면유합，사료정축단，감소환약동통。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of continuous closed negative pressure drainage in repairing of chronic wounds.Methods:16 patients who taken continuous vacuum sealing drainage technology in repairing of chronic wound were seleted,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All of those 15 patients with second phase of skin graft after a continuous vacuum sealing drainage technique treatment were survived.1 cases were taken flap transferred to cover the wound after 2 times continuous closed negative pressure drainage treatment.Conclusion:Continuous closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of chronic wounds has remarkable clinical effect,which is beneficial to the wound healing.It can shorten the course of treatment,and reduce the pain of dressing change.
