目的：探讨CT引导下射频热凝联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效。方法：收治腰椎间盘突出症患者90例，随机分为治疗组、对照A组和对照B组，治疗组采用CT引导下射频热凝联合臭氧注射治疗，对照A组采用 CT 引导下射频热凝治疗，对照 B 组采用臭氧注射治疗，比较3组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后当天，治疗组的VAS 评分明显低于对照 A 组和对照 B 组(t=5.65、5.02，P＜0.05)。治疗组的近期疗效明显优于对照 A 组和对照 B 组(χ2=4.02、3.98、5.49、7.37，P＜0.05)。结论：CT引导下射频热凝联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种疗效显著、操作简单且安全的治疗方法。
목적：탐토CT인도하사빈열응연합취양소융술치료요추간반돌출증적근기료효。방법：수치요추간반돌출증환자90례，수궤분위치료조、대조A조화대조B조，치료조채용CT인도하사빈열응연합취양주사치료，대조A조채용 CT 인도하사빈열응치료，대조 B 조채용취양주사치료，비교3조적치료효과。결과：치료후당천，치료조적VAS 평분명현저우대조 A 조화대조 B 조(t=5.65、5.02，P＜0.05)。치료조적근기료효명현우우대조 A 조화대조 B 조(χ2=4.02、3.98、5.49、7.37，P＜0.05)。결론：CT인도하사빈열응연합취양소융술치료요추간반돌출증시일충료효현저、조작간단차안전적치료방법。
Objective:To explore the recent curative effect of radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:90 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group,the control A group and the control B group,the treatment group was treated with radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation,the control A group was treated with radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance,the control B group was treated with ozone injection,we compared the treatment effect of the 3 groups.Results:On the day of treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control A group and control B group(t=5.65,5.02,P<0.05).The recent curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control A group and control B group(χ 2=4.02,3.98,5.49,7.37,P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significant,the operation was simple,and the security was high.
