目的：探讨硝普钠与多巴胺联合静滴用药治疗难治性心衰的临床疗效。方法：收治难治性心衰患者82例，所有患者均在常规治疗的基础上给予硝普钠30 mg、多巴胺20 mg，加入5%葡萄糖溶液47 mL微量泵泵入，连续应用7 d。结果：治疗前后患者左室射血分数、心功能NYHA分级、生活质量评分、6 min步行距离、舒张压、收缩压、平均心率、平均动脉压差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：硝普钠与多巴胺联合静滴用药治疗难治性心衰疗效显著。

목적：탐토초보납여다파알연합정적용약치료난치성심쇠적림상료효。방법：수치난치성심쇠환자82례，소유환자균재상규치료적기출상급여초보납30 mg、다파알20 mg，가입5%포도당용액47 mL미량빙빙입，련속응용7 d。결과：치료전후환자좌실사혈분수、심공능NYHA분급、생활질량평분、6 min보행거리、서장압、수축압、평균심솔、평균동맥압차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：초보납여다파알연합정적용약치료난치성심쇠료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:82 patients with refractory heart failure were selected.All patients were given conventional therapy.On this basis,they also received sodium nitroprusside(30 mg),dopamine 20 mg,added 47 ml glucose of 5%into trace pump,and sustained application for 7 days.Results:The differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac function NYHA grading,Quality of life score,and 6 min walking distance were statistically significant before and after treatment,in addations,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic pressure,average heart rate and mean arterial pressure also has statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure has remarkable effect.
