目的：探讨西地碘含片辅助治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。方法：收治口腔溃疡患者78例，将其随机分成观察组与对照组，各39例，对照组给予西瓜霜喷剂治疗，观察组采用西地碘含片联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗。结果：两组患者治疗总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；随访3个月后，两组复发率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对口腔溃疡患者采用西地碘含片联合西瓜霜喷剂进行治疗，其治疗效果显著，复发率较低。
목적：탐토서지전함편보조치료구강궤양적료효。방법：수치구강궤양환자78례，장기수궤분성관찰조여대조조，각39례，대조조급여서과상분제치료，관찰조채용서지전함편연합서과상분제치료。결과：량조환자치료총유효솔차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；수방3개월후，량조복발솔차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대구강궤양환자채용서지전함편연합서과상분제진행치료，기치료효과현저，복발솔교저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cydiodine buccal tablets assistant on patients with dental ulcer.Methods:78 patients with dental ulcers were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given the watermelon frost spray,while the observation group were given west iodine tablets combined with watermelon frost spray treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After followed up for 3 months,the recurrence rate was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iodine tablets combined with watermelon frost spray in the treatment of patients with dental ulcer has remarkable effect,and the recurrence rate is low.
