目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的临床治疗方法。方法：收治COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗法，治疗组采用无创正压通气治疗。结果：治疗组患者插管率、存活率分别是23.33%、23.33%，对照组分别是53.33%、13.33%，两组对比差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者采用无创正压通气方式治疗存活率明显上升，同时对于改善患者的血气相关指标也起到了很好的促进作用。

목적：탐토만성조새성폐질병(COPD)합병호흡쇠갈적림상치료방법。방법：수치COPD합병호흡쇠갈환자60례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조채용상규치요법，치료조채용무창정압통기치료。결과：치료조환자삽관솔、존활솔분별시23.33%、23.33%，대조조분별시53.33%、13.33%，량조대비차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：COPD합병호흡쇠갈환자채용무창정압통기방식치료존활솔명현상승，동시대우개선환자적혈기상관지표야기도료흔호적촉진작용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment method of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with respiratory failure.Methods:60 patients with COPD with respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated with the conventional treatment,and the treatment group were treated with the noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Results:The intubation and survival rates of the treatment group were 23.33% and 23.33% respectively,and those of the control group were 53.33% and 13.33% respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: COPD with respiratory failure patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment can increase the survival rate significantly,and played a very good promote role to improve the blood gas index also.
