目的：探讨滋阴清热法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效及对血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平的影响。方法整群选择2014年3—10月该院门诊符合诊断标准的CVA患者88例随机分为两组,治疗组区分发作期与缓解期的病人,给予中医辩证分型治疗,对照组给予中成药治疗；两组均以5周为1个疗程。分别在治疗前后观察患者咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰、气急等临床观察指标,检测患者血清ECP、IL-5的含量。结果两组临床效果分析,治疗组患者总有效率为95.45%,对照组总有效率为79.55%,与对照组比较*P=0.0241,χ2=5.091。说明治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组；两组治疗前后血清ECP及IL-5水平比较,治疗组ECP、IL-5水平下降程度较对照组明显。结论中医辩证分型治疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可减轻患者症状,降低患者血清ECP、IL-5水平。

Objective To observe clinical effect of Ziyin Qingre method in treating cough variant asthma (CVA) and its influence on levels of serum eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and interleukin-5 (IL-5). Methods 88 outpatients with CVA who met the di-agnostic criteria in our hospital between March and October 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group. The pa-tients in the treatment group who were in attack or remission stage underwent treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation, while those in the control group were treated with Chinese patent medicine. The course of treatment was 5 weeks in both of them. The clinical indicators, including cough, throat itching, expectoration and shortness of breath, were observed before and after treat-ment, and the levels of serum EPC and IL-5 were detected. Results The analysis showed that the overall effective rate was 95.45% in the treatment group and 79.55% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P=0.0241, χ2=5.091;the levels of serum EPC and IL-5 in the two groups before and after treatment showed that both of the two decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion For patients with CVA, treatment based on TCM syn-drome differentiation can alleviate symptoms and lower the levels of serum EPC and IL-5.
