目的：探讨肺癌患者放疗后再复发时应用适形放疗的疗效。方法：选择肺癌放疗后复发患者80例，随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组给予适形放射治疗，对照组给予常规放射治疗，比较两种方法治疗效果及不良反应。结果：经过治疗，试验组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗2年后，试验组1、2年生存率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：肺癌患者放疗后再复发时采用适形放疗，可提高近期疗效，延长生存期，且不良反应与常规治疗相同。

목적：탐토폐암환자방료후재복발시응용괄형방료적료효。방법：선택폐암방료후복발환자80례，수궤분위시험조급대조조。시험조급여괄형방사치료，대조조급여상규방사치료，비교량충방법치료효과급불량반응。결과：경과치료，시험조총유효솔고우대조조(P＜0.05)；치료2년후，시험조1、2년생존솔균고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：폐암환자방료후재복발시채용괄형방료，가제고근기료효，연장생존기，차불량반응여상규치료상동。
Objective:To investigate the effect of conformal radiotherapy treatment once again on patients with recurrence lung cancer after radiotherapy.Methods:80 patients with lung cancer who recurrenced after radiotherapy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with conformal radiotherapy,while patients in the control group were received conventional radiotherapy,then we compared the treatment effect and toxicity between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 years of treatment,both the 1 year survival rate and 2 years survival rate in the experimental group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conformal radiotherapy can improve the short-term effect of patients with lung cancer recurrenced after radiotherapy,and this treatment also can prolong the survival time,and its toxicity is same to the conventional treatment.
