目的：探讨保留胸前神经和肋间臂神经的乳腺癌改良根治手术的临床效果。方法：收治乳腺癌患者95例，随机分为治疗组47例与对照组48例，治疗组行乳腺癌改良根治术并保留胸前神经与肋间臂神经，对照组行乳腺癌根治术并切除胸前神经与肋间臂神经，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：在治疗组，手术用时多于对照组，肿瘤复发与转移情况、并发症发生率优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在乳腺癌改良根治术中保留胸前神经与肋间臂神经，不仅可以减少肿瘤术后复发与转移几率，还能避免并发症及不良反应。

목적：탐토보류흉전신경화륵간비신경적유선암개량근치수술적림상효과。방법：수치유선암환자95례，수궤분위치료조47례여대조조48례，치료조행유선암개량근치술병보류흉전신경여륵간비신경，대조조행유선암근치술병절제흉전신경여륵간비신경，비교량조적치료효과。결과：재치료조，수술용시다우대조조，종류복발여전이정황、병발증발생솔우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：재유선암개량근치술중보류흉전신경여륵간비신경，불부가이감소종류술후복발여전이궤솔，환능피면병발증급불량반응。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified radical operation of breast cancer with preserving anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve.Methods:95 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group of 47 cases and the control group of 48 cases.The treatment group were treated with modified radical operation of breast cancer with preserving anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve.The control group were treated with radical resection of breast cancer and resection of anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,operation time was more than the control group;tumor recurrence and metastasis,the complication rate were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preserving anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical operation of breast cancer,not only can reduce the tumor recurrence and metastasis rate,but also can avoid the complications and adverse reactions.
