非酒精性脂肪性肝病是在未过量饮酒的情况下，以肝细胞脂肪变性和脂质贮积为特征的一系列临床病理综合征。至今有很多NAFLD动物模型，但仍缺乏能涵盖人类整个疾病谱的单一动物模型。本文主要讲述基因敲除或基因突变模型，营养、药物或毒物诱发模型，复合模型这3类模型以及它们的优缺点，以便于研究者的选择。

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a series of clinical pathological syndrome with liver steatosis and lipid storage characteristics,under the condition of not excessive drinking.So far,there are many NAFLD animal models,but still lack of a single animal model that can cover the entire spectrum of human disease.In this paper,we mainly descripted 3 models,including gene knockout or gene mutation model,nutrition,drug or poison induced model,and complex model,and we also tell about the advantages and disadvantages of those models,in order to help researchers to choose.
