目的：分析护理干预对内窥镜治疗胃肠道息肉患者效果的影响。方法整群抽取2013年12月—2014年12月该院收治的76例胃肠道息肉患者均分为两组，每组38例，两组均给予常规护理，观察组实施以术中护理为主的临床护理干预。观察两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比，观察组手术用时、住院时间更短，术后进食时间更早，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组焦虑情绪显著改善，生命体征波动较小，并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于胃肠道息肉患者而言，在采取内窥镜下治疗的基础上辅助专业性临床护理干预，有利于缓解患者焦虑情绪，促进患者恢复，减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on gastrointestinal polyps patients with endoscopic treatment. Methods 76 cases with gastrointestinal polyps admitted from December 2013 to December 2014 were equally divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing, in ad-dition, the observation group was given clinical nursing intervention mainly including intraoperative nursing. And the nursing effi-cacy was observed in both groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much shorter duration of operation and length of stay, obviously earlier postoperative feeding time , the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The anxiety was improved more significantly, fluctuation in vital signs was much less and incidence of compli-cations was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion For pa-tients with gastrointestinal polyps, endoscopic treatment combined with professional clinical nursing intervention is conducive to al-leviating the anxiety, promoting the rehabilitation and reducing the incidence of complications.
