目的：分析并研究食管异物行食管镜下的治疗护理结果。方法随机选取该院2010年4月—2013年5月所医治食管异物患者80例作为研究对象,按其临床方法分成两组(A、B),每组40例,A组患者给予围手术期护理,B组患者给予常规护理,观察两组患者临床护理结果。结果结果显示：A组患者的临床治疗总有效率(95.0%)和B组患者(75.0%)相比,差异较为明显,具备统计学意义；A组患者并发症发生率(5.0%)和B组患者(20.0%)相比,差异较为明显,具备统计学意义；A组患者的临床护理满意度(97.5%)和B组患者(77.5%)相比,差异有统计学意义。结论给予行食管镜食管异物患者围手术期护理,临床效果显著,可提高患者临床治愈率和护理满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze and study the results of treatment and nursing for esophageal foreign body under esophageal en-doscope. Methods 80 cases with esophageal foreign body treated in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2013 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups, group A and group B with 40 cases in each. Patients in group A were given perioperative nursing, and those in group B were given the conventional nursing. And the results of treatment and nursing of the two groups were observed. Results The results showed that: the overall clinical response rate of group A was 95.0%, and that of group B was 75.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the incidence of complications of group A was 5.0%, and that of group B was 20.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant; the clinical nursing satisfaction of group A was 97.5%, and that of group B was 77.5%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclu-sion For patients with esophageal foreign body underwent treatment with esophageal endoscope, perioperative nursing has signifi-cant clinical effect, which can improve the clinical cure rate and nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of application and promotion.
