目的:探析丙泊酚配伍芬太尼静脉麻醉用于无痛人流的临床效果。方法随机选择2013年1—10月期间该院收治的人流患者90例为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规麻醉,而观察组则运用丙泊酚与芬太尼配伍麻醉,对比分析两组的麻醉效果。结果两组均顺利完成手术,观察组麻醉的总有效率为93.33%(42/45);而对照组麻醉的总有效率为66.67%(30/45),并且与对照组相比,观察组的不良反应发生率较低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上将丙泊酚配伍芬太尼静脉麻醉用于无痛人流手术中,不仅可以降低不良反应发生率,还能提高麻醉效果,为手术的顺利进行提供有效保障。

Objectiveb To analysis the clinical effect of propofol combined fentanyl intravenous anesthesia for painless artificial abortion. Methods Select 90 cases of patients with artificial abortion,as the research object in the hospital from January 2013 to October 2013,and randomly divided them into two groups, including control group received general anesthesia, and the observa-tion group using propofol and fentanyl combined anesthesia, and the anesthesia effect of two groups were compared. Results The two groups were successfully completed the operation, the observation group anesthesia total effective rate was 93.33% (42/45);while in the control group, the total efficiency of 66.67%anesthesia (30/45), and compared with the control group, the observation group of adverse reaction rate is lower, the difference between two groups was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically, propofol and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia for painless induced abortion operation, not only can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, but also improve the anesthetic effect, for the smooth conduct of the operation to provide effec-tive protection.
