目的：探讨丹红注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP的影响。方法随机选取该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者90例,根据治疗方案的不同分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,包括抗血小板类、硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂等。研究组在对照组的基础上加入丹红注射液静滴。观察两组患者治疗疗效及治疗前后血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平。结果研究组治疗有效率为86.67%,对照组治疗有效率为68.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗前,两组患者血清GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP分别为(919.61±75.68)ng/L、(3.07±0.69)mg/L、(232.36±90.64)pg/mL,对照组GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP分别为(1027.65±90.18)ng/L、(3.69±0.97)mg/L、(265.36±93.87)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能够有效提高冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效,并降低GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proB-NP等水平。
목적：탐토단홍주사액대관심병불은정형심교통환자혈청GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP적영향。방법수궤선취해원2013년1월—2015년1월수치적관심병불은정형심교통환자90례,근거치료방안적불동분위연구조여대조조。대조조급여상규치료,포괄항혈소판류、초산지류、β-수체조체제、개길항제등。연구조재대조조적기출상가입단홍주사액정적。관찰량조환자치료료효급치료전후혈청GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP수평。결과연구조치료유효솔위86.67%,대조조치료유효솔위68.89%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료전,량조환자혈청GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。치료후,연구조GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP분별위(919.61±75.68)ng/L、(3.07±0.69)mg/L、(232.36±90.64)pg/mL,대조조GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP분별위(1027.65±90.18)ng/L、(3.69±0.97)mg/L、(265.36±93.87)pg/mL,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론단홍주사액능구유효제고관심병불은정형심교통환자적림상료효,병강저GDF-15、hs-CRP、NT-proB-NP등수평。
Objective To study the influence of Danhong injection in the serum GDF-15, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of unstable angina pectoris patients. Methods 90 unstable angina pectoris patients from 2013 January to 2015 January were selected and di-vided into research group and control group according to different therapies. The control group adopted the conventional therapy including anti-platelet, nitrate, β-antagonist, calcium antagonists, etc. Based on the therapy of control group, the research group also adopted the intravenous drip of Danhong injection. The curative effect and the levels of serum GDF-15, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate of research group (86.67%) was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group (68.89%)(P<0.05);before treatment, the levels of GDF-15, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of GDF-15, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were (919.61± 75.68)ng/L, (3.07±0.69)mg/L and (232.36±90.64)pg/mL while the levels of control group were (1027.65±90.18)ng/L, (3.69±0.97)mg/L and (265.36±93.87)pg/mL (P<0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy in the unstable angina pectoris and reduce the levels of serum GDF-15, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP.
