目的:比较分析维格列汀及阿卡波糖在治疗老年糖尿病中的有效性和安全性。方法随机选取在该院收治2013年1月—2014年9月期间的60例老年糖尿病患者,并且将这些老年糖尿病患者,可以依据治疗方式的不同,分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。给予对照组患者临床治疗中,采取阿卡波糖治疗,给予研究组患者,给予维格列汀治疗,对两组患者临床疗效进行分析比较。结果研究组经维格列汀治疗后,临床疗效明显高于对照组,研究组愈率为93.3%,对照组治愈率为73.3%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗老年糖尿病中,应用维格列汀治疗,可有效改善患者临床疗效,改善血糖参数,降低不良反应发生,安全性高,发挥优越性。

목적:비교분석유격렬정급아잡파당재치료노년당뇨병중적유효성화안전성。방법수궤선취재해원수치2013년1월—2014년9월기간적60례노년당뇨병환자,병차장저사노년당뇨병환자,가이의거치료방식적불동,분위연구조(30례)화대조조(30례)。급여대조조환자림상치료중,채취아잡파당치료,급여연구조환자,급여유격렬정치료,대량조환자림상료효진행분석비교。결과연구조경유격렬정치료후,림상료효명현고우대조조,연구조유솔위93.3%,대조조치유솔위73.3%,량조대비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재림상치료노년당뇨병중,응용유격렬정치료,가유효개선환자림상료효,개선혈당삼수,강저불량반응발생,안전성고,발휘우월성。
Objective To compare and analyze the effectiveness and safety of vildagliptin and acarbose in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases with elderly diabetes mellitus were randomly selected which were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014. According to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into the study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). In the course of treatment, the control group was treated with acarbose, the study group was treated with vildagliptin therapy, and compared the two groups of clinical efficacy. Results The clinical effect of the study group was significantly higher than the control group. The cure rate of the study group was 93.3%, and the control group was 73.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus, vildagliptin can effec-tively improve the clinical efficacy, improved glycemic parameters, and also reduce the adverse reaction, it is high safety and supe-riority.
