本文运用问卷调查的研究方法对商州区36所初中、61位地理教师的专业化结构及专业素养水平进行调查与分析,主要涉及专业化结构、专业知识素养、专业技能素养、专业情义素养四方面,通过整理调查问卷分析其现状及存在问题,并对存在问题提出可行性建议,从而促进商州区初中地理教师专业化结构的合理性和教师专业素养水平的提高,进一步推动商州区初中地理教育事业的发展。

This paper applies the research methods of questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the professional structure and level of quality of the 61 geography teachers in 36 junior middle schools, mainly involving specialized structure, professional knowledge attainment, professional skills literacy and professional kindness literacy. By sorting the questionnaires, the current situation and existing problems are analyzed, and feasible suggestions are put forward for the problems, so as to promote the professional structure rationality and the improvement of the professional quality of the geography teachers of junior middle schools in Shangzhou area and to further promote the development of the junior middle school geography education career.
