目的：讨论疤痕子宫女性行人工流产术后使用芬吗通对患者身体恢复及并发症情况的效果情况。方法整群选取2013年4月—2014年1月间在该院室行人工流产的158例瘢痕子宫育龄妇女,将其平均分为芬吗通组与对照组,每组79例,分组采用随机模式,给予常规治疗手段于对照组,芬吗通组在常规手段基础上增加口服芬吗通,记录两组患者经不同方式处理后并发症及身体恢复状况,对记录结果进行分析、比较。结果通过对照组与芬吗通组比较发现,在月经复潮时间、术后出血量大于月经量的人数以及阴道出血时间等项上,对照组均较芬吗通组高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组患者产生宫腔积液与宫颈粘连几率均明显高于芬吗通组,此项差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组患者子宫内膜厚度在术后两周恢复为(5.3±0.7)mm,明显高于芬吗通组患者(7.6±0.4)mm,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用芬吗通片对疤痕子宫人工流产术后患者的常规护理治疗进行补充,可使患者恢复速度明显提升,并发症产生明显减少。

Re-sults The group with Finland it through group found Menstruation time, postoperative bleeding is greater than the number of men-strual flow and vaginal bleeding other items, compared with the control group it Fen Qualcomm group, the difference was statisti-cally significance (P<0.05); the control group of patients with cervical adhesions produce uterine fluid were significantly higher than the probability of it through the Finnish group, this difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the control group of pa-tients in the postoperative endometrial thickness two weeks for recovery (5.3 ±0.7) mm, significantly higher than the Finnish pa-tients through it (7.6±0.4) mm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Femoston piece of conventional care treatment of uterine scar abortion patients supplement, patients can significantly improve the speed of recovery, complications decreased significantly.
